Our team inspects and approves all our plants before packaging them and shipping them fresh from our farm to your home. However, when dealing with live plants, sometimes problems occur, whether it be due to shipping delays, extreme temperatures, or rough rides. When problems do occur, we will be there to support you every step of the way.
