What is the "White Packet" that arrived with my order?
The white packet in the box with your plant is a heating pack put there to protect your plant from cold exposure during shipping.
When shipping plants in winter a heat pack will often be placed in the box to help the plant survive potentially freezing temperatures. Its a squared white packet, that is wrapped with plastic around your plant.
Its not to be consumed or opened. This heat pack should be thrown away once you receive your order.
