What is the status of my order?

  • My plant is a week late, what is the status? Our teams are experiencing delays due to high demand. Though most of our shipments are delivering on time, some shipments may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please be patient as it may take some extra time to get your order out.
  • Can I track my order? You should receive a confirmation email from the retailer after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll receive another email from the retailer when your order ships.
  • I never received a tracking number, can I get one? We recommend reaching out to the retailer. Your retailer should be able to provide you with your tracking information. If they are unable to provide you with one, we can gladly assist.
  • Not all of my plants arrived, where are the rest? Each order of plants will arrive in its own box. For example if 3 Aloe Vera plants are ordered, your will receive 3 boxes. Please be patient as it may take an extra day or two for the additional boxes to arrive.
  • Can I cancel my order? To cancel an order, please contact the retailer. Once a plant has begun shipping we cannot cancel it.
