No One Responded to My Email!?

If you sent us an email but didn't get a response there may be a problem with the email address used or our response may have landed in your SPAM folder.

If you send Costa Farms an email we should get back to you within 48 hours---generally speaking you should hear back in the first 24 hours. If it is a weekend or a holiday it may take a little longer. If it has been more than 48 hours since you reached out and you have not heard back from us there is likely one of two things going wrong.

Misspelling of our email addresses is a common one. If the address isn't correct it will not make it to us. Here are the possible email addresses you can use to reach customer service:

concierge@costafarms.com

If you used one of those two email addresses correctly and did not get a response it is likely our reply landed in your SPAM folder (junk mail). 

To check your spam folder on a PC, open your email client (like Outlook or Gmail), then navigate to the left-hand sidebar where your folder list is located; usually, the spam folder will be labeled as "Spam" or "Junk Email" and can be clicked on to access its contents. 

 

To check your spam folder on an Apple device, you can: 
Click the Home tab, then scroll down and click the Junk Email folder. If you don't see your Junk mailbox, you can: 
Choose Show Sidebar from the View menu 
Locate the On My Mac section of the mailbox list 
Move your mouse over On My Mac and click the > or Show button 
 

If it has been more than 48 hours then there was likely an issue with the email or our response. Check your SPAM folder and if the response is not there please forward us the original email but make sure of the spelling of the address.
