When you order one of our plants, we ensure they are packed carefully to arrive in excellent condition. However, unforeseen circumstances can occur during delivery. What should you do if your plant arrives damaged?
Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy and succeed with your new plant(s). Our team inspects and approves all our plants before packaging them and shipping them fresh from our farm to your home. However, when dealing with live plants, sometimes problems occur, whether it be due to shipping delays, extreme temperatures, or rough rides. When problems do occur, we will be there to support you every step of the way.
If your plant arrives with any damage or you have any concerns about your new plant, please take a photo of the plant along with tracking information, and share it with us here. Once we receive a photo of the damaged plant or pot, and the tracking information, we can determine the best course of action. Our goal is always to make you a happy plant owner; we would love the opportunity to help your plant thrive.
Please be aware that some retailers have updated their policies and may not allow us to replace certain plants and pots. In such cases, we will provide you with all the necessary information to obtain a refund or a replacement from the partnering retailer.
