My Plant Arrived Damaged

Thank you for letting us know! Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy and succeed with your new plant(s). Our team inspects and approves all our plants before packaging them and shipping them fresh from our farm to your home. However, when dealing with live plants, sometimes problems occur, whether it be due to shipping delays, extreme temperatures, or rough rides. When problems do occur, we will be there to support you every step of the way.

If you have ANY questions or concerns about your new plant, please take a photo along with tracking information, and share it with us here. Our goal is to make you a happy plant owner; we would love the opportunity to help your plant thrive.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you can receive a refund from the retailer where the plant was purchased. Costa Farms only receives shipment information, so regretfully we have no way to authorize a refund, only the retailers can do this. We truly apologize that we can’t offer you a refund or another replacement.
