# How to get an Amazon Refund or Replacement?

### **Desktop Instructions**
1\. Homepage: Click on Returns & Orders
2\. Locate the product you want to return then click on Return or Replace Items
3\. Choose the reason that best describes why you are returning or replacing this item
4\. Briefly describe what's wrong with your item and then click Continue
5\. Click - Contact Us
- - - - If you receive a warning stating your item is non-returnable. Ignore this and please click on contact us to move on to the next step.
6\. Select - the item you need help with
7\. Only Click - Damaged or defective item
8\. Click – I need more help
9\. Select – Start Chatting Now

3\. Choose the reason that best describes why you are returning or replacing this item
4\. Briefly describe what's wrong with your item and then click Continue
5\. Click - Contact Us

7\. Click - I Need More Help
