Step 1
- Go to the Lowe’s Returns Website - lowes.com/l/help/returns-policy
- Click - Start a Return Online
Step 2
- For Online Orders:
- Enter email address and Order Number
- Click-Check order status
- Click- Start return
Step 3
- Select - the item you want to return
- Select - the option that best suits your issue with the item
- Optional - add a comment
- Select - Proceed to Return Method
Step 4
- Select - how you would like to return the item
- Click - Proceed to Confirmation
Before returning
- Prepare the item(s) you'd like to return, including in all original packaging & with all accessories.
- Please mark out any original shipping labels to avoid shipping errors or refund delays.
GETTING YOUR REFUND
Purchases made with- Lowe’s gift card, refund card, merchandise card or in store credit, or through a Lowe's branded storefront on a third-party marketplace will be refunded as in store credit.
- Check will be refunded as in store credit if within three days of purchase; if after 3 days, purchases may be refunded in cash or in store credit as determined by refund verification systems. No refund will be provided if you have an outstanding back check with Lowe's as determined by check verification systems.
- Lowe’s pay are credited back to the financing institution, which will handle the refund process with you directly. Purchases made with Lowe’s pay cannot be refunded to cash and/or in store credit and do not qualify for Lowe’s credit card return policy extensions.
- My Lowe’s Money will be refunded to the digital wallet.

- No receipt? Provide debit/credit card or phone number or email.
